What would be a good move when you have Dermoid Cyst in the ovaries?

I know a person who has Dermoid Cyst but she doesn’t know what to do. What would be the better move to get the cyst out of her uterus? If she undergoes surgery, what are the chances of it having a positive outcome?

    Dermoid cysts require surgery usually. You cannot treat it the same way as regular ovarian cysts. See a GYN and get it treated. The article above doesn’t apply to Dermoid cysts.
