Every night I lay on my left side it hurts bad?When I wakeup in the morning it hurts bad on my left side.I was wondering could this be a Ovarian Cyst or what?

Could be. I have some problems with my right ovary and have the same symptoms you describe except on the right side.
Also the writer who is suggesting Tramadol is a fake. Usually its reccomended you take Naproxen 220 mg every 12 hours with food and drink. This will help. I take 440 mg myself because 220 doesnt work for me,but then your supposed to start out with the lowest effective dose.
Yes, a cyst can cause pain.Go to a doctor, because there are many kinds of cysts, some of which are dangerous.
