		<description>You will not like my answer, but it is the truth.  Base on your height, you are withing your ideal weight.  Do not worry about the &quot;blubber&quot;, it will be gone within two years (and you needed as you go through puberty).  Since you are height/weight appropriate, I guess your dietary habits are fine.

If you do want to be more athletic, low impact aerobic exercise is the way to go.  You cannot improve your body without exercise; so stop making excuses. Use your gym membership!  Most gyms have trainers and dietitians that would tailor a plan to fit your needs.

Keep in mind that maintaining a healthy, beautiful body requires work.  You cannot expect to improve by doing nothing.  You should already know to avoid fried foods, junk food and soft drinks (carbonated drinks).  That is all the dieting you really need to do.  And I suspect you already eat right.

Extra Tips:  Never smoke; never drink alcoholic beverages.</description>
