if i lose weight will i be able to cure ovarian cyst and conceive?

i have been told by my doctor that the reason why i got the cyst is because i gained allot of weight recently. i havent taken any other doctors advise but for now im losing allot of weight. i have been trying to concieve for almost 2 years and my question is, will i be able to concieve if i cure the cyst ?

Try to, in addition to taking your doctor’s advice, think positively! If you believe it’ll go away, it probably will.
I think you’ll definitely be able to conceive (:
The cyst should not prevent you from getting pregnant. If you have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome then it can make your chance getting pregnant harder and you may need fertility help. But one cyst should not effect it. There is no way to cure a cyst, you either have to have it removed (which they only do if it is getting to big) or wait for it to burst (which hurts like hell). I have had PCOS for 5 years and it only took me a month to get pregnant. Good luck!
