Depo Shot weight gain?

I’ve had to get the depo shot because i won’t remember to take the pills and i have ovarian cysts. Now since i’ve been on the shot i’ve gained weight but only in my stomach area. Is that normal? Like just to gain weight in the stomach area?

Yes. I’ve gained a bit of weight on it as well. It make you hungrier than usual so pay attention to what you eat.
