Depending on what caused the cyst on your ovary will obviously affect how it will react to different treatment. If the cysts has been cause due to an ovulation problem then stopping ovulation will maybe help the problem. Perhaps you need to go back to your Doc and clarify about the treatment and get a leaflet about the drug to make up your mind properly.
