I would start by temp charting to see when you ovulate and time sex accordingly. It just might be that your cycle is long. You can also start using OPKs to see if you get the desired spike. For your DH, you know -boxers, no hot tubs and exercise is the regular. Plus you can get a multivit (there is one by GNC which has green tea extracts, L-carnine, etc necesary for TTC) and good healthy diet (you know how unhealthy diet some men can eat). I know its tough and we have friends who get pregnant instantly! My DH was so cool abt it when we started TTCing but I now see that he too gets a bit sad with this. But hopefully it'll happen only when it has to.So relax.! Meanwhile get a second opinion with a GYN or OBG its always a good idea to get a check up and be peaceful about it.
