Is it possible to have ovarian cysts if you have had a blood test for your hormones and it came back normal? I ask, as i suffer from very irregular periods (3 motnhs late at the moment), have gained weight around my mid section (i am not pregnant) and have a dull ache around my abdomen as well as occasional sharp pains
Hey
i don’t want to scare u or anything but i had all of the symptoms you’ve got, and i found out 6 months ago i have polycystic ovarian syndrome also known as pcos.
It took the doctors nearly 3 years to find this out
i really think you should keep nagging the doctors so they do an internal scan to find this out. Pcos is the main cause of infertility so i think you should get sorted asap.
Goodluck xx
If you have problems with weight do what I did – try acai berry. If you need to lose weight its superfood qualities help loads – however those same qualities also help those who are trying to bulk up. Awesome! There is a free trial on currently at http://rds.yahoo.com/**http%3a//mopect.buildinghealthy.info , why not try it, what’s the worst that could happen?
You should get a ultrasound analysis, cause that way it will show instantly if you have or not those cysts. Its fast, it lasts like 15 minutes, and the results are on the screen, so the specialist there tells you and if you do or not, and if so, even kinda how many you have, how big they are, etc… The symptoms of gaining weight, having irregular periods and the pain, are totally symptoms of that, but to have them, doesnt mean surely that you will have it. just possible. and i dont think the blood test shows that at all…
