Which side- left or right?  Right side, could be a Gall stone attack.  Google Gall Bladder diet and stay on it for a week, see if that helps.  
Since you know you have a cyst, you need to see your doctor.

		<description>Yes, could be a ruptured cyst.  They also get painful up under the diaphragm, so you feel like it&#039;s under your lungs or in your back.  Go to the doc, so you can get antibiotics, in case it was infected/abscessed.  You don&#039;t want that bacteria floating around in your abdominal cavity.</description>
