how can i lose some weight?

i have gained about 30lbs in the last 2yrs and i know part of it has been stress but my doctor just recently diagnosed me with polysistic ovarian cysts. i have then on both ovaries and he said that the weight could have been from them. i eat very healthy and exercise as much as i can without over doing it. any recommenations on what i could do to help lose the weight or at least some? i am alos trying to get pregnant and the weight gain plus the cysts play a factor into why im not getting pregnant any help is greatly appreciated
it is all in the belly area too so its the hardest to lose

    If you are eating healthy and exercising, maybe you should evaluate what types of healthy foods you are eating. A lot of fat free and low fat items are replacing the fat with sugar and sodium. For example fat free salad dressing tend to have a lot of sugar in them and that is not good. Also, just by switching to turkey products instead of beef will help you. ex: ground tky meat, turkey bacon, sausage, and others will help lower cholesterol. Oatmeal is a good source for loosing weight and make sure you drink lots of water and take a good daily vitamin. Vitamin D helps break down fat and distributes it well within your body. I learned most of these things in Nutrition and Dietetics courses in college! I hope this helps and remember don’t stress everything will work itself out!! Good Luck!!

    Maybe you’re just eating too many calories for you to lose weight? I lost weight by focusing on eating healthy foods and cutting back my calories until I got the extra weight off. Once I lost the pounds I increased my calories until I stopped losing weight. It sounds like you have the healthy eating part fixed but your calorie intake…?
