My period is extremely light…..?
I am more or less asking this for my girlfriends sake… she tells me she is worried that her period is extremely light. Me being a guy am not sure of why this could be but she tells me she is afraid she may be pregnant. So we sat down and talked about it. We have not had sex since the end of February, about 2 days after her period ended. So to be cautious we use a condom, the birth control she is on and I pull out. I know these are not fail safe, but I personally don’t see a way of her getting pregnant, she also has a slim to no chance of getting pregnant due to having ovarian cysts. She had her period in March on time, nothing wrong as well. So it does not make sense to me that she could be pregnant but I she is worried, so I get worried. Does anyone know if this light period could be due to stress, or a change in her diet or anything else? I personally am not all that worried about being pregnant as I do not see it as being possible, but any insight would be great. Thanks!

Light periods, why complain. I’ve been on the pill for almost a year and don’t have any periods. My husband is deployed and I don’t cheat. It looks like by your question you have already answered it. Stress, environment, hormones, etc…. Keep up your open comminucation.
