What is my diagnosis?

Need help. Burning/throbbing pain in upper abdomen/back/chest. Very severe. 1st attack was a couple weeks before I found out I was pregnant in 2006. Left until 12/07 and ongoing. I had my gall bladder removed, no relief. Was put on nexium, librax, and carafate. I cannot find a corralation between pain and foods, but chaged my diet anyway. CT scans, MRI, angiogram all normal – did find ovarian cyst and fluid in pelvis, but no pelvic pain. Pain comes 1-4x per week, can last for 15 minutes to days. Intermittant, comes and goes throughout day. No pain reliver can help except morphine in the hospital – kinda feels like back labor. Help!
i have numerous doctors appts coming up for everything and a colonoscopy in october. reflux has been ruled out but i do have mild gastritis and have had h pylori. liver enzymes have been high – also numbness/tingling in finger tips – its a mystery
