ovarian cyst or not? i have been having the following symptoms?

Starting in october of 08 up until now I have been experiencing the following symptoms
Irregular periods
shortness of breath
dizziness
frequent urination
lower right abdominal pain (like menstral cramps?
weight gain
nausea
as of this morning I coughed up a little blood.
can someone please help me, Im lost in this situation.
some of your symptoms could indicate ovarian cysts, however shortness of breath and coughing up blood indicates a problem with your lungs and possibly your heart go to the doctor ASAP

You need to see a DR. If this has been going on since Oct, then it most likely would have ruptured by now and you would havedefinitelyy known that. My wife had 2 rupture at the same time and was on the bathroom ground crying. I don’t know what this is, go see a DR.
It sounds like a bladder infection. Go to the doctor to get it checked soon.
you really need to see a doctor. Please don’t let Yahoo Answers diagnose you. Coughing up blood is not a good thing ever.
