can an ovarian cyst cause pain in other parts of the body?

about 3 weeks ago i had really bad pain in my lower back. I went to the doctor and they said i probably pulled the muscle. Now yesterday I went back for a pain right by my appendix and ovary and it turned out i ahd an ovarian cyst that had ruptured. Could this be the cause of my lower back pain even though my back pain started 3 weeks earlier? And would it also affect the back of my thighs too?
thx
please no bad answers this is serious to me and i know its gross
yeah it can do, i have pcos and cysts on my ovaries and they sometimes cause pain in my back and legs. if it gets worse or continues though i would go back to the doctor.
Troubles effect many pains in our bodies.
When I had a kidney infection it effected my back and my side.
I’ve had ovarian cysts since I started my period at 13. And the pain always radiates down my right leg (as I usually have right side cysts). In more recent years I’ve had pain in my lower back and down my right leg (in addition to the lower abdomen). I usually know it’s going to rupture around that time.
