Could it be polycystic ovarian syndrome?

I was reading a little about PCOS today and it kind of worried me, since I had some of the symptoms. I also had a sharp pain in my right arm and when I googled it a link about PCOS came up.

My symptom:

-Increased body hair.. I have dark hair so I’ve always had some, but lately it’s been a LOT.

-Ovarian cysts

-Lately my skin has been breaking out like crazy when normally my skin is pretty clear

-Weight gain

-I don’t use birth control and I’ve never been pregnant.. I know it’s silly to think I’m infertile without a proper test but it strikes me as quite odd that I’ve NEVER become pregnant while having unprotected sex

-My body has always been very hourglass. I always had a tiny waist. But the past 2 years I’ve developed more of a belly.

Should I consider seeing a doctor or gyno and discussing it with them?
Thanks in advanced
I’ve had my periods for about 7 years… They’re still not regular.

If you’re ever worried about anything, it’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor. This is how things are caught early, and fixed with much more ease. Aside from that, the stress caused from worrying so much isn’t healthy for you either.

So, talk with your doc/gyno. :)

Yeah, see a doctor. Sounds more like something to do with your thyroid.
That can be a VERY serious problem.

polycyclic ovarian syndrome may occurs if your periods are not regular.its not seems like that but may be some other gynac prob .you must consult with a gyna.

If I were you, I’d go to the doctor and have that checked out.
