Hi,
i was diagnosed with polysystic ovaries (loads and loads of systs on my ovaries) about 6 months ago and i experience a lot of pain. It doesnt make me feel sick though. The pain is like nothing i've experienced before. i doubt you have PCO as you have normal periods. i used to bleed for about 4 weeks non stop then i wouldnt bleed for two months. now when im due for my period i spot blood for only a few hours and thats it till the next month.

maybe you should ask for a scan and see whats going on.
Hope this helps, any more q's - just ask

I have had three miscarriages, and had four or more cysts rupture on my ovaries (My doc is currently trying to find if the two are related.)

It sounds like a cyst, not a pregnancy to me. With my cysts, I didn't notice them until they ruptured. and right before they did, i had cramps, dizziness, lightheadedness and i had gained some weight.
after you find out if you are pregnant or not from the doctor, get on birth control, (the hormones help shrink the cysts so they don;t rupture- believe me. its painful-), and maybe see your doctor for a vaginal ultrasound that allows them to look at your ovaries and uterus to figure out whats going on.
Good luck!
