Can you get pregnant with an ovarian cyst?

I have 2 ovarian cyst one on each side i have gain a lil weight, i have lower back pain and some abdominal pain. what are my chances of getting pregnant? I have also took 4 pregnancy test and they were all negative but it does say in the instructions that they can cause "unexpected results"
i forgot to say that i was on the nuva ring since the summer but had to take it out last month bcuz the hormones was making me sick could that b y i gained weight?
The unexpected results are that they can cause false positives, I’ve spoken to my doctor about it. It defiantly is possible to get pregnant with cysts but you should speak with your doctor about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, It can cause weight gain and infertility. The best bet for getting pregnant is to stick with a low carb high protein diet, get proper exercise and try to lose any extra weight. If you do have PCOS the doctor can prescribe you with medications to help you conceive.
It’s very unlikely going off birth control would make you gain weight.

In September, Doctors discovered that I have 27 Cysts on both sides too and they said that I couldn’t have children, and at the time they told me this, I was already naturally pregnant!!!!
You have every chance as everyone else with falling pregnant.
