I recently had a cyst that measured about 2 cm and had another ultrasound done a few weeks ago and the report came back showing that all was normal. The cyst was no longer there. But sometimes if the cysts are big like around 4 cm or more sometimes it's best to have them removed before they rupture. Because when they rupture they can cause even more pain.
