Could I be in danger of ovarian cyst or something else?

I do not have health insurance yet, I’m waiting to hear back from a few places before I choose,so I can’t go to the doctor yet. Ovarian cyst and cancer runs in my family and was wondering if anybody knows what this could be. My husband and I are ttc month 5 now and I normally have a 30 day cycle. A few months ago it switched to a 33 day cycle. Well this month I was 4 days late and thought I was pregnant well then af came and that was that. Well, now a week after I got off my period I can tell I’m ovulating by the cm, I can always tell when I’m ovulating by the cm. I have also been very bloated, over the weekend, I haven’t eaten more than normal, my work pants have gotten snug and I have been gaining weight. I have had migraines or at least a headache every day, I have a cold now and was feeling like I was going to throw up. I go from hot to cold all the time, and every time I brush my teeth or use any form of mouth wash it makes me gag to the point where I’m dry heaving. I have been using the bathroom a little bit more and sometimes it’s just very little that comes out. Does anybody know what this could be at all. I’m worried about myself and until I finalize my insurance I can’t go to the doctor and would like some piece of mind.
I also am not on birth control and have not been on bc in over 3 years. I also have taken preg. test and they came out neg.

The cycle change is an indication something may be going on with hormone production. The steroid hormones (sex hormones) are all made from cholesterol and the precursor to all the hormones is pregnenalone. If you are eating lots of carbs and your fat intake is not good, and then if you are not getting good minerals in your diet, you may be creating the problem. Many times women who get PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) find they are loading up on carbs big time to compensate and this only exacerbates the problem. Cysts that form on the ovary are generally due to nutritional deficiencies and the ovaries are just trying to compensate for the deficiencies.

If your cholesterol is too low, this can cause a lot of these kinds of problems. The ridiculous levels that doctors are trying to get people to achieve is causing a lot of these kinds of problems. A woman should have total cholesterol levels about 240 for good longevity and adequate cholesterol to produce good hormones. If you have any infections going on in your body, this will deplete your body of it’s minerals and cause this problem.

The ovaries are part of the pituitary axis and involves 4 organs, the pituitary, adrenal glands, ovaries, and the thyroid. If any one of these organs becomes weak or sick, it affects them all. So, if you are having issues with your ovaries, your thyroid could be slowing down, causing you to gain weight, as an example and most likely you will also feel tired a lot of the time because your adrenal glands will also become weakened.

Ovarian cysts should be handled nutritionally, not with drugs or surgery. Realize that menopause problems are typically only found in highly industrialized countries and America. Menopause is NOT a disease and women in many cultures around the world and Agragarian cultures do not have problems that American women suffer from.

If you are young and having these problems, it could very well be that you are not eating enough good fats and eating high carb diets. This causes an effect called the "pregnenalone steal" that causes you to produce lots of cortisol, using up your supply of pregnenalone and this causes you to not be able to produce good sex hormones, your liver reprioritizes and does not reconjugate estrogen and your energy is coming from the stress hormone, cortisol. The "going from hot to cold all the time" is an indication of weak adrenal glands.

Doctors are not good at hormone issues and in fact, create lots of problems as a result. Your very best bet is to contact a Certified Nutritional Therapist that understands QRA testing for best results.

    good luck to you

that doesn’t sound like symptoms of an ovarian cyst. when switching birth control pills this can happen.

This sounds like it could be a digestive issue. I have severe acid reflux, and sometimes the headache is caused by irritation in my throat (which then leads to irritation/pain in my ears, which leads to the headache).
