I got really bad stabbing pains also. A lot of that could be that the cyst has ruptured (popped). That's what my doctor told me when I had those pains. I have them to and endometreosis. And just like yours, mine is on the right side, and came with a lot of pain, I experienced all the symtoms you mentioned, now it feels much better, I didnt do anything to it, I just left. I am seeing my OBGYN tommorow, to follow up on an ultra sound I did. I hope I have good news, I will share what comes up with you. Wish you the best. I just found out that I have an ovarian cyst too.
