    yes i have cysts on my ovaries, and when they burst it feels like i just peed my pants, and the stomach pains are horrible! pooping alot with it is also common, but go to the doctor to see if there are any options to helping you with them.

    i recently had to have my left ovary removed because of it hoever i never had any pain from them…… now however i have lots of lower back pain
