Often times ovarian cysts do not produce symptoms… and most often found during regular checkups without "warning". So lower pelvic pain can be isolated to certain individuals or escalated during various activities such as strenuous exercise or sexual intercourse.

sometimes ovarian cysts don’t hurt..mine didnt..but i went on the pill and apparently the problem is being managed
