During intercourse, did the pain start? If so, did it feel like a branding iron was being put on your insides? Is the pain better when you are somewhat bent over and worsen when you stand up straight? I had several cysts, years ago, and intercourse was very painful, and would be afterward for a while. Then I had some of those cysts burst, and that was excruciating. One way or the other, I would call my Dr. as soon as possible, I think you need to be seen. If it is the cysts, he needs to know about it, if it is your period, and you took something to stop it and it came anyway, he needs to know that as well.
