im having troublessss?? ovarian cystssss please help!?
So I’ve been diagnosed with cysts in my ovaries and feel kinda shitty!
I have an appointment on Wednesday which seams to be so long from now if you know what i mean.
Im hot and cold, my body feels like a mess
few questions:
Are there any supplements I can take to prevent my cysts from growing larger?
Is it ok to work out?
I’ve lost massive weight and down to 98lbs and was wondering if anyone knows of any weight GAINING diets for people whom are vegan?
TELL ME ALL YOU KNOW ABOUT OVARIAN CYSTS IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED =]
Afraid the only thing I can tell you is that your doctor might prescribe birth control (or a different birth control pill/method) to help regulate your hormones. Some of our patients with more severe PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome, just means repeat ovarian cysts) also try testosterone replacement if other medications such as birth control, estrogen supplements, etc. I do have to warn you, though, that this is considered an "off-label" use of testosterone and will not be covered by your insurance. It will last a long time, though, if you want to try discussing this with your doctor (you should see an endocrinologist if your gynecologist cannot help or you still feel sympomatic).
Can’t answer about the vegan diet- the only thing I could suggest are drinks like Ensure, etc. which I have used in the past to help me gain weight.
Good luck!
Hey there guys, Im looking for some good Fat loss supplements, the one im currently using Biotest Hot Rox Extreme are there any better ones, these guys sell loads but I just aint sure I see alot of the articles on the web these days are about acai berrys but I dont know if they are like a scam product.
It’s pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.
