Pregnant, Cyst or Ovarian cancer?
On April 1st I started what I thought was my period but it only lasted one day. The second and third day was just a spotting. I have taken 4 HPT all were negative. I have cramping and a great deal of abdominal swelling, bloating, really gassy and I just can’t seem to fit into my clothes. If I were pregnant it would only be 4 weeks but that is to early to have gained weight and have this much bloating. I have had spouts of diarrhea I am actualy moving my bowels even though I normally do not. I went to the MD today they did not do a pregnancy test since all mine were negative but i go for an abdominal and a transvaginal ultrasound tomorrow and must say i am really worried. any thoughts as to what could be happening to me?
Its really hard to say what it is. Just try and relax. A few years ago i had the same symptoms as you. Spotting, cramps etc and just knew something was not right. I had an ultrasound and turns out I had a "mass" on my ovary. They were not sure whether it was filled with blood or if it was solid (as in a tumor) of course I freaked out, especially after they sent me for blood tests to check for cancer! Everything was all good though and it was a endometrioid. It didnt go away for months but slowly shrunk and the symptoms subsided. Its very common to get cysts on the ovaries, especially if you are young. On the other hand its uncommon for young women to get ovarian cancer so dont stress too much.
I do know what you are going through though. Good luck tomorrow. I am sure you will be fine.
visit this link it was especially about the pregnancy and for the pregnant ladies i hope it will help you for searching your answer.

It sounds like you may have an ovarian cyst. I’ve been through the same thing. Instead of getting periods I would have a few days of spotting, and I constantly had cramping, bloating, everything you’ve listed. It went on for 4 months one time and 3 months the second. I wouldn’t worry just yet. Most cysts do go away on their own. If you’re not on birth control (and not ttc), they’ll probably put you on the pill to get rid of the cyst. (amazing how important our hormones are, huh?)
