pain in stomach , am i pregnant or could in b an ovarian cyst?

im on clomid 50 mg and my period is due 2 days . well i know it sounds stupid but i feel pregnant, i cant sleep on my tummy it hurts all night , when i climb the stairs my stomach hurts like i got my period but there is never any blood when i relax it goes away and im fine. could this be an ovarian cyst or could i really be pregnant or could these pains just be a clomid symptom?

i NEVER felt my period coming in any other cycles , even when it showed up it dint hurt untill at the end of the day.
if you can’t sleep on your stomach, I think it’s something else wrong. Because I’m 4 weeks pregnant and I can still sleep on my stomach..It would be too early for you. I had an ovarian cyst before but i could still sleep on my stomach? You should go to the doctor to make sure its nothing serious..but then again if you’re starting your period soon then that’s what it could be

ive had cysts and they are EXTREMELY painful, literally making me just want to die right there and then.

Hun it could just be your period coming on. I always know aunt flow is coming when I get some of the symptoms you just named. Climbing stairs or exercising can bring on cramps or make you more aware of the. If you had an ovarian cysts you would be in almost constant pain. The uncomfortable feeling you get sleeping on your stomach may just be because you are bloated. I am hoping I am wrong hun but it sounds like this isn’t your month. But then again I am not a doctor so don’t take my word for it. All I can do is give you my opinion. So wait out the two days and if your period doesn’t come take a test. Each person is different and experiences early pregnancy different. So go with what you feel and think. It isn’t over till you start getting a flow.
