Ovarian Cyst . . .?

What does it mean to have an ovarian cyst without fluid? What is it filled with if anything? Please help with as much information as you have or websites I can go to and read about this !
I have had cyst throughout the past few years but lately i have had intense pain and went to the GYN after having a CT scan of my abdomen. I am going for a ultrasound next week. But when I went she told me that this was found on my CT scan and she just wants to cofirm it before she gives me any medical treatment.
Don’t tell me to go see my doctor for this cause I already have.
I’m not sure when it’s not filled with fluid. But the fluid that’s within the cyst, is sort of like puss. It looks like it. I got to shadow a gynecologist for two weeks when I saw it. But I suggest you go to the medical journal, which you can find by typing in google. Don’t worry. It’s not going to be hazardous to your life. People get that so many times, and you can remove it. Double check on that, but don’t worry. Hope this helps.
Hey dont stress i have 4 cysts on my right overy. i found out before i fell PG that 3 on my left side had ruptured thats y i had been in pain. my Fiance`s sister had a huge cyst that she just had taken out that had grown hair and teeth ewwwwwww! cysts are soooo common just keep an eye on them and if your pain is really bad go see a specialist and make and appointment to have them removed. Cysts can also twist which can cause alot of pain! I hope you start to feel better soon and let me no how you go
