Please help!?

I have been having the following symptoms lately: pain in my lower abdomen and lower back, pain in the area where my ovaries are, I have to go to the bathroom more than usual, and I have suddenly gained enough weight where my clothes don’t fit. I have been off the pill for almost a year but lately my periods have been lighter than usual. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Ovarian cysts? Fibroid tumors? I have an appt. with my doctor, but just thought I would ask here for opinions.
ovarian cysts can be very painful when they rupture, but they don’t usually cause swelling (I’ve had them for years and years, diagnosed with PCOS)
Fibroid tumor, possibly….

well, it’s good that your goin to the doc. I don’t think anything is really wrong. Hope you feel better, I don’t really know what to say about it because I’m not a doc but I think your ok. God bless
you could possibly be preganat
You could have a tubal pregnancy, but you could also have a dozen other things. All you are going to get here is opinions – your doctor will give you facts.
