Do Ovarian cysts cause weightloss?

I went on a blind date with a friend of a friend. I met her, and she was fat. I didn’t mention anything, but I guess she could get that vibe that I didn’t find her attractive. She busted out pictures of her self 2-3 years ago, and she looked really good. Then she was saying how she can understand why I wouldn’t find her attractive. Then she went on to say that she’s not lazy, and doesn’t eat bad foods. She has a medical condition regarding and Ovarian Cyst.
Do these normally cause 30-40lbs weight gains?

Not that I know of. Unless they are cancerous cysts. Check with your doctor to check for other problems.
