Vaginal and period help.?

I have two questions for you today.

I haven’t gotten my period in four to five months. I’ve gone to my doctor and he’s told me everything it could be, like weight loss or stress but I’m not stressed nor have I lost weight. In fact If gained a little. I know I’m not pregnant because I have taken a few pregnancy tests, even the blood ones your doctor makes you take. All came back negative. I have an ultrasound in a week, but I’m still worried. He said it may be an ovarian cyst but from my understanding they hurt, and I haven’t been having too bad of cramps. So, do you have any idea what it might be?

My other question is:

I’ve had an abnormal itch down there lately. It’s not my vagina hole either, it’s more towards my clitoris. And when I scratch, it just hurts and becomes itchy soon later, or the itch doesn’t even go away. When I feel my clit sometimes it feels like it might be a little swollen. Also it usually doesn’t get itchy until later at night. There is no discharge or anything like it is a yeast infection either. Do you have any idea what it might possibly be?
I also have no foul odor.
I have also had sex with only one person and both of us have been tested and are clean.

Since you had a pregnancy test, I’m assuming you are sexually active. It sounds like you may have picked up some sort of STI, so if your doctor hasn’t run any tests for them yet then ask them to as they could potentially be very damaging to you and any partner that you may have.

For your first question, I believe you have an ovarian cyst. You might have only mild cramps from the cyst, but it could get much worse if not treated properly. For your second question, it seems like you have an STI which I believe is Herpes.
