The pain is caused by the cyst. Having sexual intercourse puts pressure on the cyst. The cyst should go away during your period. It needs to rupture, which may be why you are feeling pain. Sex will incresse the pain if you are "hit in the right or in this case wrong spot". If you can obstain from sex or go easy. Talk with an obgyn or your doctor, make sure you keep an eye on the pain level.
Well, if you have ovarian cysts, then it’s probably your cysts flaring up. I wouldn’t be too rough if it’s hurting you. I had to go to the ER last year because one of mine ruptured..talk about PAIN!!!! Anyways, try talking to your doctor about it. My doctor referred me to a gynecologist and now I am on the Yasmin birth control pills and they really help with the cysts! I tried probably 8 different pills,Yasmin is the only one that worked for me. Hope this helps!
