How to get rid of ovarian cyst pain?

I’m about to ovulate, and for the last week or so, I’ve had on and off pain in both my ovaries (much worse in the left one, though). I’m guessing it’s ovarian cysts, because I’ve had them before and they felt like this, just not as bad.

The pain’s been especially bad today… it comes and goes, though. I’m also shaky and have nausea, although that could be from the fact that I’ve barely slept in over 24 hours (for other reasons) and I’m stressed out that the cysts could mean that I have PCOS (the thought of it really scares me).

How can I get rid of the pain and calm down so I can get some sleep?
Also, this is my second cycle on Fertilaid, if that makes a difference (I didn’t have any problems with cysts on the first cycle of it).

I don’t know if this will help you but I think you should do some research on your own about what your body is doing. I have PCOS and I REFUSE to take chemical drugs for anything, not even fertility. I had to research alot on my own to figure stuff out cuz docs just give the "fix" and then I get to go home and deal with the results. Some of the "fixes" resulted in hair loss, loss of menstruation for over a year and depression. Thankfully I got off ALL chemical drugs and went A LA Natural. I started reading a book I posted below in the source and that really really helped. I went on Natural Progesterone Cream to regulate my cycle, rid myself of cysts and get pregnant. I had 6 cysts and I only have one now. :) AND I am currently on my second pregnancy. So read up and do some research about your body and you can fix yourself naturally and with help of holistic doctors.
