What is my diagnosis?

Need help. Burning/throbbing pain in upper abdomen/back/chest. Very severe. 1st attack was a couple weeks before I found out I was pregnant in 2006. Left until 12/07 and ongoing. I had my gall bladder removed, no relief. Was put on nexium, librax, and carafate. I cannot find a corralation between pain and foods, but chaged my diet anyway. CT scans, MRI, angiogram all normal - did find ovarian cyst and fluid in pelvis, but no pelvic pain. Pain comes 1-4x per week, can last for 15 minutes to days. Intermittant, comes and goes throughout day. No pain reliver can help except morphine in the hospital - kinda feels like back labor. Help!
i have numerous doctors appts coming up for everything and a colonoscopy in october. reflux has been ruled out but i do have mild gastritis and have had h pylori. liver enzymes have been high - also numbness/tingling in finger tips - its a mystery

Blood in urine and pain after running..?

I run every day, the maxium I run will be 45 minutes. For the past two months, everytime I run I experience intense pain in my lower right side, and after I am done with my run, i notice a good amount of blood in my urine. The blood only appears once after the run, but the pain stays for a few hours after.Nothing has changed in my diet, or amount of time I run. I am wondering if anyone can suggest what is casing this.

I also have a severe case of endometriosis and reoccuring ovarian cysts, all which have been on my right ovary.

My period is extremely light…..?

I am more or less asking this for my girlfriends sake… she tells me she is worried that her period is extremely light. Me being a guy am not sure of why this could be but she tells me she is afraid she may be pregnant. So we sat down and talked about it. We have not had sex since the end of February, about 2 days after her period ended. So to be cautious we use a condom, the birth control she is on and I pull out. I know these are not fail safe, but I personally don’t see a way of her getting pregnant, she also has a slim to no chance of getting pregnant due to having ovarian cysts. She had her period in March on time, nothing wrong as well. So it does not make sense to me that she could be pregnant but I she is worried, so I get worried. Does anyone know if this light period could be due to stress, or a change in her diet or anything else? I personally am not all that worried about being pregnant as I do not see it as being possible, but any insight would be great. Thanks!
Thanks, I wish it was that easy though lol. I tried having her relax last night haha. Thanks for the advice though.

What could be the source of my bloating?

So, I’ve given up the idea of being pregnant although I’ve really felt strange lately. AF visited this morning, so I’ve resigned myself to thinking there’s another reason. I’ve been excessively bloated for 4-6 weeks but my diet and exercise haven’t changed in the least. I have had numerous pregnancy symptoms, but all negative tests. I started cramping last night pretty bad and woke up to AF. Since I started on bc 4 years ago, I’ve not had cramps this bad with a cycle. Any opinions? I’ve thought possibly endometriosis or ovarian cysts, but a transvaginal ultrasound approximately 6 weeks ago showed nothing unusual.

I am very excited that after being after being diagnosed with PCOS, I didn’t think I would be able to have a baby, but then I got pregnant! I learned how to reverse the symptoms with the help of changing my diet and learning about insulin resistance. I started taking the Insulite PCOS system and shortly after I was pregnant. I have been trying to share this information with as many people as I can. I have suffered with PCOS for a long time, and I did not even knew I had it. I was always trying to treat my symptoms - overweight, pre-diabetic, ovarian cysts- singularly. When my OBGYN diagnosed with me PCOS, I felt as if a cloud had been lifted. Insulite is a very comprehensive program that has helped me change my lifestyle. If you or you know someone with PCOS, I highly recommend checking trying this out at: http://www.pcos.insulitelabs.com

Anyone:

I am getting really frustrated with diagnosis after diagnosis without an answer to my real question: why? I have been diagnosed with the following (and take the following medications accordingly):

-celiac disease
-complex ovarian cysts (Yasmin)
-asthma (Advair)
-episodes of sinus tachycardia (Metoprolol)

I am an otherwise healthy 23 year old female who follows a strict GF diet and exercises at least one hour daily, religiously.

My cardiologist has no answers for my heart rhythm issues. I had a normal heart rate (65-70) and one day 2 months ago, I experienced chest pain, palpitations, and a racing heart (110-140). I have had almost every test available and they all have come back normal. My 24-hour Holter monitor showed unexplained episodes of increase heart rate (up to 145). I also seem to be retaining water for unexplained reasons.

I do not think that everything is unrelated. Is there a bigger issue? It just doesn’t feel right.

Thank you…

why are my boobs growing? serious question.?

i know i asked this the other night, but didn’t get any good responses. if you have any idea, please help.

I am 27 years old and am NOT pregnant.(yes i have done pregnancy tests which came out negative and still getting periods) just in the last almost months my chest has gone from a 34dd to 36ddd. i have actually lost 10lbs in last month. i started eating a healthier diet and cut out the caffeine. they have also been sore and itchy (which i am sure is due to them growing) i have done the monthly exams and have not felt any lumps (thank goodness) any ideas? i want them to stop growing. i do have ovarian cysts, but i don’t think that would have anything to do with it.
no i am not on any type of birth control. i am suppose to take anti-depressants, but i have not taken them in a while, and that is not listed as a side effect anyways.

He thinks it’s him… but I know it’s me :(?

We’ve been ttc for 6 months… I haven’t had a period for 3.
He thinks its his little men with "problems" as well as my messed up hormones (which the doctor won’t treat… he put me on the pill a couple of months ago before I start fertility treatment to regulate my hormones a bit, but he says I can’t start it til my next period, which I haven’t had).
My amazing fiance doesn’t moan about the struggle we’re having doing this, he says he loves me no matter what, but when we go out and see teenage mothers, or indeed any family with young children, I can see the hurt in his eyes, and the guilt is eating me up inside, as well as my inner hatred for myself.
I’m constantly getting cramps, but my GP just put it down to IBS and gave me pills. These cramps arise every two weeksish, but sometimes I get the odd twinge. My breasts sometimes get sore but not on a regular basis. I’m going to push the fact that I want a scan to see whether I’ve got ovarian cysts or cancer (worst case scenario), next time I go to GP, but he’ll probably just laugh it off like he usually does.
Btw, I really admire all the lovely people that have been trying for ages and never give up, you guys are the inspiration for me continuing this and not just throwing the towel in and giving up :)
Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with my man problems over this (I’m sure it’s not his little men, his father had 5 kids no problem lol), and natural ways of ttc, and increasing chances of ovulation? I have a balanced diet… although i sometimes have too much dairy products. I’m not overweight though, and I don’t have any other major health problems, other than my lack of periods… which runs in the family… but my mother and grandmother never had periods so irregular as mine.
I’m more relaxed about it now than I was, and I’ve stopped worrying so much, but I don’t want us to suffer any more trauma over this.
Help? :)

My period is almost a week late?

No, I am not pregnant.

Usually I get my period around the 20th of every month. I have had my period since I was 11, six years now, and it has always been regular and consistent (give or take a couple of days).

For the past few months, I have been having really bad cramps and sharp pains on my side (ovaries) while on my period or ovulating, so my mom thinks I have ovarian cysts and scheduled an appointment with the gyno, which is in February. I haven’t had any cramping or anything yet this month, no spotting, but some light brown gooey discharge (looks like what I have for a couple days after my period finishes up) today. Its just that my period is almost a week later than it normally is.

For the past week, I have been exercising regularly and I changed my diet, but it was nothing too dramatic, so I don’t think that’s the problem.

What could be wrong?

control what kind of things could i do to get the cysts completly gone naturally? also when you change your diet how do you know officially that they are dissolving? please help this is very important!

My mom has been waking up around 3 in the morning with stabbing pains in the left side of her chest- this morning the pain was so great that she called her sister to take her to the ER. She was there for around 5 hours, they did some blood work, a CAT scan, an ultrasound, and another CAT scan with contrast to check out some abnormalities in her liver. Her liver was fine, her blood work came back fine, ultrasound showed some ovarian cysts that they didn’t think were anything to worry about, and they noted some gallstones. They discharged her with a prescription of hydro codeine and told her to go on a low fat diet. They told her it might be a gallstone that is intermittently blocking a duct, causing her pain. They told her that if it happened again she might need to have her gallbladder removed. Anyone have any other ideas? Im not so sure its her gallbladder especially cause her pain is on the left and they say the pain should be on the right if its her gallbladder.
Her pain doesnt get worse from breathing- although, when the doctor was checking her out when he pressed on the right side of her chest the pain got worse on the left same when he pressed on her left side.
