The pain I feel after running feels like intense menstral pain (even when I am NOT on my period)Sometimes I feel like maybe I just need to have a bowel movement but that doens’t work. Eventually after about 3-4 hours, the pain subsides but its frusterating. I need to run because I am in training for an upcoming triathlon.

I also feel a pulling sensation in my lower right side. Is that normal for an ovarian cyst? Thank you for your help.

i am waiting for an urgent scan to see what is going on but it is probably going to be monday before they can fit me in, i am in a lot of pain. i have been taking clomid which i think has triggered it off. is there any way i can speed up the process of getting a scan to diagnose a cyst? and what are the side effects and treatment that you have had?

I went to my gynecologist a few weeks ago with stomach pains and I was disgnosed with an ovarian cyst.Well I just went back yesterday for a recheck and my doctor told me it was gone but I am still having very bad pains in my stomach.Does anyone know what this could be?

Obviously you only need respond if you have/have had an ovarian cyst. How do you deal with the pain and discomfort? Did you seek a second opinion for treatment options? How long did your symptoms last? How long before you got your period again? Any other helpful tips are appreciated!

I have an ovarian cyst and it hurts frequently but how do i know if its appendicitis pain or my cyst cause if its appendicitis i know you can die if you wait to get it taken care of please help im in alot of pain and im sixteen if that helps at all.

Ok about 9 mths ago I started to get this pain in my groin area and lots of cramps in my lower stomach. I have the Mirena IUD also. Anyways the pain has been getting worse and worse like everyday allday and then last week I started to bleed clots. At my last CT scan they found a cyst on my ovary and it was about 2-4 cm. The pain is only brought on when standing or walking. I have had lots of ultrasounds and ct’s done and they finally found this. COuld the pain be from the cyst? I have felt nausea and all the symptoms above. If it was there before why wasn’t it found? What can be done now? Also my blood work showed elivated white count? PLEASE HELP. I have dr tomorrow and I am freaking out and I just don’t feel good. Also I have been having fevers off and on.
I have had the IUD for 2 yrs and the pains started 9 mths ago. Could that be it? If so why would it wait over a yr to start. TIA

The doctor had the nerve to shrug it off! Now, I’m very worried. I wanted to know if I’m going to lose an ovary or not?

If you have had one you may know what I am on about. If you have ever had a cyst on one side, did pain radiate to the other side of your hip, groin, leg and lower back and did you get increased bowel trouble? I have had a cervical screening and it’s clear….. The hospital wants to operate on me, but I said I want to wait for another scan first to see if its all cleared up… what was your symptoms or do you know anyone who has had this? And could it be anything else?

Im sorry but I have been worried so much about this.

i keep gettin ovarian cysts. motrin, advil or any of that does not help the pain. after my periods they still dont go away and i tried birth control too. i dont want to have laprascopic surgery again. what can i do to ease the pain or is there anything i can do to help myself?

A few months ago my period started being a little irregular. I’d get it anywhere from 2-5 days early.. when usually im on time or 1-2 days late. Last month, a week after my period was done, i got a bloody/slimy discharge for a day but thought nothing of it. The next day i got this pain my hip/lower right side of my stomach. It’s been two weeks and the pain is still there. Its anything from pinching, to tightness, a pain that’s always there. It’s not unbearable.. but it hasnt gone away. This month, i got my period 4 days late which usually never happens. Im on my period now and the pain got a little worse. My right side of my stomach feels stretched and its very uncomfortable. When i bend over i get a shooting pain in my back. What can it be?
